Polyamide separators as thermal breaks, but Synseal has introduced a 3rd generation
barrier system to their Warmcore range. Using a radically different thermal break design that has never been used in aluminium before, the orange thermal core - hidden away in the finished doors - is key to why WarmCore bi-fold doors are 25% more thermally efficient than traditional aluminium systems, offering U-values as low as 1.4 W/m2K using standard 28mm double glass or 1.0 W/m2K using 44m triple glass.
