Decent Homes

We are well aware of the latest issues affecting housing including improved energy efficiency and we are working with our clients to deliver the necessary specifications for the governments Decent Homes standard set for 2010.

Profix is working under the following guidelines to ensure that all client projects meet or even exceed the Decent Homes standard by ensuring that all:

activities of Profix meet the current statutory minimum standard of fitness for housing
properties within the remit of client projects are in a reasonable state of repair
properties have reasonably modern facilities and services
properties provide a reasonable degree of warmth

Profix will continue to deliver future proof solutions including those for the governments’ Decent Homes standard to a wide range of clients.
