Building Regulations

As part of a commitment to improved standards of construction and particularly the pressure to improve energy efficiencies, the government have over many years implemented increased regulation with respect to buildings.

We have seen many changes over recent years and we also expect further changes in years to come and this is something that forms part of our longer-term strategy. By considering tomorrows' issues today we are able to consider the implications of further legislation and regulation for our clients.

All of our products that we install meet the needs of the current Building Regulations, such as Document 'L' and we are working with our suppliers to ensure that we develop solutions in anticipation for tomorrows regulations.
