Profix do not employ external management coaches but work with staff to improve the way we do things from sales through to after-sales service.

Profix is committed to investment in staff training and runs a full NVQ training program for all its fabricators, installers and office staff many of which have worked for the company for more than 10 years. All staff are trained using detailed work instructions covering every task to ensure all products and operations are manufactured to the highest recognised standards of quality and security.
